Sebin, I wanted to circle back to some of these older issues. The site has gone through several updates, and this no longer appears to be an issue. Would you be able to check and see if you're still experiencing this at all? If so, we'll have our developers take a look into this.

Thank you!

Caraid, we're circling around to all the past issues to see if they are still problems; I know the site has had several updates, so I believe this is no longer an issue. Do you know if you're still having problems with this? If so, we can ask our developers to look into this.

I apologize for the delay here. Have you continued having this problem? If so, we can reach out to our developers and see what's happening.

Thank you for sending this to us! I've been thinking about this, and it seems like it goes against the purpose of following a user. Following is used to allow you to see users' activity in your feed. One way to work around this is to have a separate character following these artists that you don't necessarily want filling your feed; that way, you can take a look every now and then to see their art.

Other social media sites like Twitter do use this, though; they have a way to mute people without unfollowing them. I think this is used to show your support without being bombarded by their posts.

Right now, we don't have too much demand for this option, and we aren't going to plan on it. However, as the site grows, this may become a more requested feature; we'd be happy to take another look if that happens.

Naka, I wanted to check and see if this was still an issue. The site has undergone some significant changes, so it might be fixed. If it still is an issue, could you upload a screenshot of what you're seeing? Thanks!

We're not currently planning to have an exporter, but we do want to have an API available; this would likely be possible for community members to put together once we have that ready.

I personally don't think it's too important, but it looks like we've got a decent amount of people who think this is a good idea. We'll be sure to review this and see if it's something that we could put on the main profile without being overly intrusive.

This was related to the issue that CHICAGO-lollie linked. The site should be uploading images without any issues now. If you do have any additional issues, though, feel free to either comment here or submit a new ticket; we're picking up steam and are able to go through new tickets relatively quickly now.

Quix, I apologize for the delay here. The site has had updates since then, and we hope those resolved the issue. Do you know if you are still experiencing this issue?

I think the biggest advantage that you list is clicking directly to someone's profile. We'll go ahead and consider this for the future.

Clicking to see promotions or comments would be a good deal of coding, and that wouldn't reduce the amount of clicks. I could imagine this working similar to Twitter's "See All Replies" option, but this would probably be something that would probably happen with a larger site redesign.
