From what we can see, this is now working properly.

At this point, we don't plan to increase the limit past 200MB; even with a bitrate of 320 Kbps, an hour of music only comes to 144MB; this should be more than sufficient.

We now have the ability to access submission management; on the home page, you can do so by either clicking "Manage Submissions" in the left column or "Upload" in the upper toolbar.

We're currently planning to implement a WYSIWYG editor for the website that will allow for custom formatting. I know that there are various ways to format text across the internet, and we want to go with something that everyone can use, even if they don't know HTML or BBCode.

I agree this would help. We're going to talk to the development team about this.
