This appears to be a nonissue; the submitter is able to see all people they follow. However, we can still consider alternate sort methods to allow users to find other users in the list easier.
We are currently planning to implement a better text editor for the site. This will make linking much easier and should remove the need for custom markdown.
Rena, I apologize it has taken this long to get to this question. Per our rules, plagiarism includes, "Tracing or otherwise copying a work without the consent of the original owner or creator." I understand that your intention with vector tracing is to provide a version of an image that is higher quality; however, since those lines and the character design were created by someone else, it would still be considered plagiarism in this case and not permitted on the site. If you do have permission from the creator, though, you are welcome to upload traced images.

Riley provided a clear answer; they are different services and need different accounts for now.
Kelevra is correct; favorites are private, and promotes are public. We'll likely have some renaming of terms in the future, but this feature is currently in place.
The site has undergone redesign. Links now take people directly to submissions even if they are not logged in or registered.
I'm reviewing this right now. Having a limit makes sense, but 15 might be too short. The site still has this limit from what I can see.
