I personally kinda like it. Either some sort of notification if system figure it might be adult/mature rating, or straight out adjusting the pre-select according to tags.
Also it's likely better if pg image ends up in mature than other way around.

For the time being, I'll mark this issue as resolved, as it doesn't appear to happen often or was a result of corrupt data during transfer ( We could not even reproduce it. ).

If more users are going to report this problem, we'll make sure to take a closer look about it.

First of all, I'd like to ask you to try to log out of your account and back in.

If that doesn't help, could you try clearing out your browser's cache, or access the profile's character list from incognito window tab? ( ctrl+shift+n for Chrome)

If neither of that helps, I'd like you to take a screenshot of your character list page for us to review. If you do not wish to share that publicly, please feel free to create a private ticket for this issue, send it over through FN to me, or any similar alternative you'd see fit.
