We're actively investigating this. :)

Hey there,

If you get me your FN username I can clear that out for you.

This should now be fixed - sorry about that!

For now, the importer is temporarily unavailable - we're planning to take a deeper look at it and get it running again in the first week of the new year.

Hang in there!

That's... an interesting and unfortunate bug! I'll add it to our list of stuff to look into.

You're going to be better off not using the scaling settings inside of Windows, partially because of what you're discovering - it doesn't handle DPI upscaling particularly gracefully.

This leads to FN being told by Firefox what the actual resolution of the screen is while Windows artificially scales everything up by 150%. FN scales one way, Windows scales another way, and everything ends up looking smooshed together like that.

This did end up getting settled (correct me if I'm wrong Griffiewolf) - for the time being, the importer is pretty particular about what it wants, and it can fail in a number of ways. Generally clearing out stuck imports and having people run them again under the right conditions (e.g. classic theme) fixes any weird failures. :)

Hmm, interesting. I'll add this to the list of things to look at after development starts again.

Hey there - What's the resolution of your screen? From what I can tell from looking at your screenshot it looks quite low.

Adding a div to account for circumstances like yours is certainly plausible, but you mentioned Firefox's hovering status bar moving to the opposite corner, which is exactly what it's supposed to do in circumstances like yours. Chrome's behavior is very similar.

If that's the case, I'd try clearing out your cache.
