Blocking problematic users is definitely a useful feature, but I agree with Twelve, here. It shouldn't go too far. The reason of an art site is to see art, not to block everyone and everything that MIGHT become a problem. That would do the exact opposite.
I think Twelve has a point. A collection feature is nice, but many people wouldn't use it because it'd be easier to just upload it to your own account. Weasyl's collection feature was a nice idea, but it actually is not very effective. If a feature like this would be added to FN it would have to be much easier to use.
The idea is good, but under "edit profile" you can add and name new fields to describe yourself or your interests. I think this adjustable concept is better than a preset one. Maybe they could add some of those categories as suggestions to the edit profile page, though.

So the scope basically is the "amount/extent of content" that artist and commissioner eventually agree upon or not? As in "commissioner wants something - artist doesn't want to do it = Scope Rejected" or "Both agree upon discussed content = Scope Accepted"?
