Because I don't have the focus to sift through all of the replies; I would generally use a shout to connect with someone where commenting on a journal or submission would be inappropriate, while not forcing them to go through the awkward hassle of talking to me privately via a note/PM/IM/whatever.

EG: "Hey, I think I saw you at the con - were you table #4?" or "Neat art style dude!" or "Oh, you like X - I like X too! We should talk about it sometime!"

Of course, the OPTION to have them would be amazing, but the option to NOT have them would also be amazing, since not everyone likes them, but some people raher enjoy them!

Alright, everything seems to be working fine for me at the moment - but I still hope the bug can be found and fixed for others who've had the same problems!

I think I managed to delete ONE that way, via drafts, but then I think I couldn't move to drafts after that one.

I'll give it another shot and report back.

It's basically just linking multiple "accounts" (which they have called "characters"). You can choose your default, but it's not super easy to switch between them, and no, they're not shown to the public as linked unless you put it somewhere in the profile.

I personally find calling them "characters" dumb. They're accounts, call them what they are.

I should mention that it has been many MONYHS since I orignally did the import, so this bug has nothing to do with that.

I want to bring this back to light, because I don't feel the solution is what people were asking for. My gallery is still a complete mess and I have no way to fix it!

I personally don't like the idea of "character profiles" and "profiles" being the same thing at ALL, mainly because I have "profiles" for my clean artwork, adult artwork, and fursuit making. However, if I were ever to want to gather a collection for a "character" of mine, I'd put it in a folder, not an account.

In that vein, I think having "Character FOLDERS" would be a better option. The folder could have the character's reference sheet/profile featured on the left in a sidebar, and a collection of the character's artwork in the folder itself. Ideally you'd be able to add artwork from other artists into the folder as well.

I'd personally suggest adding little icons instead - there are colorblind people out there, so color coding doesn't always work!

I'm sure if artwork ends up stolen and the artist blocked, said artist could get one of their followers (or an admin) to get screenshots on their behalf. :)
