Favorites remaining favorites and Promotes becoming "share" might be more clear. Also if what is currently promote would additionally post the image to your activity feed rather than it just being another text based notification could do a great deal in setting it apart. Plus it would more effectively "promote" the image in question!

A customizable page would be A+ and I really like that gallery tab.

I like the activity tab as well. Are users able to disable that though?? Cause i know some people dont like their activity to be displayed publicly!

A favorites and/or promotes tab/module might be good. I am a constant fave browser to look for new artists. I regularly browse the favorites of artists I admire! And of course an option to make these private as well. I know a lot of people that like to keep their faves private like they do their activity.

Either way I like that the users artwork is featured here before activity. That was my biggest gripe. I like this so far and im willing to give it a shot. Its definitely better than the current userpage.

This is a point that is not always touched on and hardly ever brought up so thoroughly and I really think that people should pay attention here.

I hold no ill will towards people with the fetish, that draw the fetish or support it. Heck I have talked to abuse survivors that say that they use fictional work of underage characters helps them cope. However, the cycle is there.

Material that contains the sexualization of minors, normalizes the sexualization of minors when distributed.

No its not. There are many other reasons for people to be opposed to this other than being squicked out by it. As stated in other comments in this thread this site hosting cub could pose a potential legal risk to certain international users. If this site is going to be the "premeire furry art site" like its aiming to be, it cant afford to put its users at risk.
Furthermore it is not good for business. Many people, regardless how they view it personally, do not want a site that hosts such material tied to their names and for artists our name is everything.
Hosting cub is a liability socially and legally. THAT is what this is about.

Going to Copy/Paste this from another response I made as it is relevant.

I am legitimately concerned about the success of the website. Its a polarizing issue that many people are willing to refuse to use the site over. Sure, it might not be a huge issue now, but remember all of the clamor on FA before it was banned? As the site gets bigger this issue will continue to surface. It is more trouble to host than it is to remove it. Probably best to do it sooner rather than later, otherwise it will just be even more trouble. I can see it having an impact on the sites growth

Furthermore, something very important to consider. While it may be legal to host the content wherever the servers are, a lot of areas have different laws regarding this content that could affect users negatively. California for instance, last I checked, has no accidental exposure laws and in past years fictional work of underage characters, drawn and otherwise has been in the cross-hairs. I am not aware of international laws, but its something worth considering as it theoretically put users at risk.

Also, this site is showing a lot of promise as far as an environment for artist to conduct business. Though a lot of people, especially people that are well known both inside and outside the fandom, are going to be hesitant in wanting to associate with the website if a large cub following is established here. Some people may take up alternate names, as a lot have with InkBunny, and for a lot of people InkBunny is a side account. If we want the site to be the next big thing, it cant be a "side account".

From a personal standpoint, I probably will not fully commit myself to this site until this is changed and I know a lot of people feel the same way. I want to be able to embrace this website completely as an alternative to FA but I dont think I can If this is going to be a thing. I dont have an issue with people that like or create such content, and I respect that there is a place for it, however Im a professional that already has their name tied to enough questionable content and this is where I draw the line.

Yes there are tags, yes we can blacklist things, but not only are there always going to be instances of not tagging and there is always going to be stigma.

I hope that staff genuinely considers this. I really would hate to see FN become the new IB.

Thank you Tartii for making such a level headed and reasonable post regarding the concern.

While Im interested in seeing this happen, "its Wrong!" is an unproductive expansion on the request and represents the cause VERY poorly.

Please this. Its just a mish-mash of notifications. I get a lot of favorites and the notifications that I am most interested in seeing like mentions and watches are kind of annoying to pick out. Checking my notifications shouldnt be like looking for a needle in a haystack.

As other have mentioned, a long with a categorization, choice to opt out of certain notification types would be cool. Also, since the site doesnt work on a thread based comment system, it would be nice to be able to reply from your notifications so in case there is a lot of comments, you dont have to find the original comment in order to respond appropriately.
