Thanks for letting us know. Do you have FA set to the classic (not beta) theme? Also, are you using the same capitalization that you have on FA? I know that can be a bit finicky.
I'm looking at this, and I'm unsure why this changed. I agree that it should be easy for users to fave/promote/delete with that list, as well. I will check with the dev team.
We're doing a significant reworking of the home page for FN right at this minute, actually! We're still trying to figure out the feel that we want with it, and we've gone back and forth quite a bit between automatic processes and manual features. There are upsides and downsides to both, but I think the extra work for volunteers on site to include featured images would be worth it.
We've been discussing this throughout the week, actually. I agree that it can be annoying, and pagination may end up solving some of the bugs that we've had a hard time tackling with the scrolling. This is still on our list, and depending on how things go, it may end up happening sooner rather than later.
Alexstringr, I've seen this bug pop up a handful of times. I've sent this over to our devs to see if they can figure out what's happening.
This has been a bit of a long journey, but the release today should fix the MP3 ID3 issue. You should be able to upload those files now. Please let me know if you run into any difficulties.
I'm closing this due to the hostility displayed here.
That seems like the most practical solution from a moderation point of view - this would allow you to hide unwanted comments while still being able to flag them for moderation.
We've talked about this recently, and I think it makes sense - you should be able to moderate, to some degree, your own posts. The biggest problem that could happen is someone could delete harassing posts to hide what they've said, but at the same time, I think it's fine for individual users to regulate their own content. The more you can do without staff, the better.
If we did this, we'd want to make sure flagged comments for harassment can be viewed by staff even if deleted by the original poster.
