Bug report - Wrong FA username stuck in my Import data tool

Shibara 8 years ago updated by Digby (Community Manager) 7 years ago 5

With the whole FA password changing snafu, the import process stopped for me. When I tried today to make it work again wih the new password, under FURAFFINITY.NET USERNAME it reads my mail, instead of username, so it doesn't recognize my FA page and is unable to log in. The problem is it also doesn't allow me to change this value, only type in a new password.

The import appears to have gone through on June 4th. We have had a few various issues with the importer, and on occasion, it does struggle to work correctly. If you have any other issues, feel free to submit a ticket; we are getting to the new tickets quickly now that we have more staff.

I'm having pretty much this same problem as well. Although I goofed and transversed the E and R in my FA Account name here on the importer. The importer acted like it connected and imported all my info. But it hadn't. And now it won't let me change the FA account from the mix up "Areokat" to what it needs to be "Aerokat".

Exactly, mine had been working a long time before the 'Nope' notice, too. I figured it was the fA thing, but maybe it was just hat I put my mail instead of FA username fromt he get go? I can't remember since it was a while ago and hadn't realized something was wrong for a while, so it might very well be the same bug.

Have the exact same problem. I put 'ScarlettV' as the name instead of 'Scarlett_V' (because the FA URL doesn't accept underscores) and now it won't let me change it.

If you're still having problems, I found that if you hit FN up on twitter (send them a private message saying what's wrong), that they'll clear the form out for you. Hope this helps!
