Importer verification??

I cannot for the life of me figure out what the verification box is for? At first I tried my password, then i tried my email address, but nothing. And they just fixed the importer (and plus I'm pretty new here) can anyone help?

There should be a Captcha on the page. If for some reason you don't see that appearing, go ahead and clear out the cache for your web browser; this may help this work.

Someone told me there should be a captcha, refresh until you get it and, if there is not, then try later... maybe is off line
