"already following" label at newsfeed
An "already following" label at the newsfeed when somebody starts following someone, so you don't have to check the profil, if you already following this person. Similar to the fav and promote label/button at artworks in the newsfeed.

This sounds similar to how Tumblr does it. I'm thinking that could be handy - it's something we'll review and see if it's something we'd like to implement at some point.
At this point, while this could be useful, it would also require a good amount of coding and redesign to implement correctly. We're close to finishing the current layout of the site. For now, we're going to pass on this, but we could take it into consideration if there's a large site redesign in the future.
