It would be great to block only nsfw female artwork, not sfw female artwork. Wish there was a way to do this. I don't mind seeing the ladies, but I don't want to see them naked.

just only allow for SFW content? you can easily change that

As stated above.

You may change the site and go into SWF mode and search for females.

You'll get only safe females!
