Bug: Notification Carryout Failure

When clicking a notification meant to take me to another story whilst in the view pane for a different story, the page simply refreshes on the story I am in rather than taking me to the correct one. Using an updated Chrome browser on an Android cellphone. Bug repeating over the course of several attempts and two days.

I wanted to follow up on this. The site has undergone some significant changed and resolved various bugs; do you know if this is still a problem for you?

I'm afraid so. This is still happening, even with recent updates to both FN and Chrome.

Thanks for verifying. I'm trying to figure out how to recreate this problem. When I go to a pane for a different story, there's no notification bar at all at the top of the screen. Could you walk me through exactly what you do to have this bug happen?
