Add "About" and AUP to the top bar
I think it might be prudent for a few buttons/links to be moved to or added to the top bar, so that they're more easily visible to guests and users in general.
First of these would be the "About" button. Far as I can tell, it's only accessible through the account action menu, which of course only appears when you're logged in. Moving this to the top bar would give guests more readily access to the about page.
Secondly, adding a link to the AUP to the top bar could be an idea, as well. This way, people can very quickly get to it, especially when they're about to upload something.

With how.... bad the furry community is. If you don't give them limits, the users WILL post it.
The site has gone through some significant changes, and there's now a tab on the left side of the home page called "Rules & Policies." This should be more visible and easier to access.
