Remove useless imported tags
Some imported tags are ridiculous and clutter the place, such as: unspecified-any, all, any, general-furry-art. They serve no purpose here in FN yet appear as the most popular tags...
The tag system here could be great if it was kept relevant and taken care about c:

Also, a general cleanup redundant, misspelled, and nonsensical tags would be extremely helpful.
I had to spend an hour removing useless tags from a small section of my gallery.
It's beyond cluttered.

FN seperated "non fatal" into "non" "fatal" when it imported it.
