The import tool doesn't seem to work for me

Dearg, thank you for letting us know. From what we see, the importer is working for other users. Could you send us a screenshot of that page along with your FN profile name?

Dearg, I apologize for the delay. One possible reason that the importer is having issues is because of the theme on FA. Could you check and make sure your theme is set to classic instead of beta on FA?

If that doesn't resolve the issue, I'll check with our system administrator and see if we can just clear this out and have you try to import again.
