Broken Multimedia Upload Screen

This problem seems to be only on the Multimedia Upload Screen and not on the Artwork ones. I think since it makes me upload a thumbnail, the UI breaks when I keep adding more information to it which stretches the menu down and causes this problem. It's a big problem since the submit button vanishes, but it's still clickable once I find where it went.

Jeany, we've had some site updates, and I believe that this issue is fixed. Would you be able to take a look and see if there are any additional issues?

This issue got fixed around a month or so after I made this post, I completely forgot to mention it here

There doesn't seem to be any more issues in the multimedia screen anymore, thanks!
